[ DO NOT MERGE ] Add CI #36

This adds a CI that builds against:

DDLC-specific Ren'Py
Latest Ren'Py

Any build that comes out of it is not yet tested, so observe caution using this.

@alicerunsonfedora you might need to change the code yourself at this point. I'm seeing some bad errors

Looks like it's just a bug with the 'Description' field of Ren'Py applet's manifest.

@sr229 Did you copy over the options.rpy from a DDLC mod? The build's now failing due to it not knowing what audio.t1 is...

@sr229 is it possible to have Travis use two different gui.rpy and screens.rpy files here? The Ren'Py 7 build was successful, but not Ren'Py 6.99.12

Builds successful, but we'll need to test compiled packages to ensure everything renders correctly.
