Create an Applets menu screen for viewing/managing installed Applets #37

I think AliceOS can benefit a little bit from having a menu page in all Ren'Py visual novels that gives quick access to a list of all installed Applets and, if possible, add a 'Remove' button to them. I have a prototype screenshot here:
