UI: custom tool issue #145

issue with validation of custom tool if we create a valid custom tool → click ‘go back’ → new tool appears in the list → click on tool → try making invalid json in input field → click go back → you don’t get confirmation window with errors + changes are not saved

Fixed, tested on MAIN env. Ready for next Release.
