Tags are missing from the table, such as SPI => Sardinia-Piedmonet, as well as all dynamic tags. https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Countries

Really what we should do is 1) have some scripts that fill in the reference tables and 2) have the checked in database only have that info, otherwise it's ignored.
