Stable codebase with latest work before US

[Lego-archer-elf]

All functionality should be stable and suitable for comp. Some tasks are still outstanding, mainly:

• Some auto-paths
• Ensuring shooter is tuned correctly
• Finding and implementing a lower shooter speed and better (probably calculated) angle for half-court shots
• Setting up and tuning trap shooting
• Making shoot-sequence more parallel
• Potentially integrating note-vision into autos
