i think you dont understan how the item works. the base snare of 0.65 means that the enemy unit after your spearman attacks will have 0.65 of their normal speed. that means that the base snare is 35%.
After the spear the enemy unit will have 0.4 times their normal speed. that means they have now been snared by 60%.
that means that the snare percentage went from 35% to 60%
if you do not believe me, then test it on one of the maps vs an enemy and look at their movement speed.

Recently a bought the Heavy Spear of the Ice King with the snare bonus in mind, but when i was testing the effect i found an an unwanted effect. The snare doesnt increase the snare stat on spearman greek, rather that stat decrease for my surprise. I spend 95.000 of gold on the Global Market, the site in game where you put items with intentions of selling The description is clear, increase snare +38% (aproximately) and the spearman has a natural stat about this with 0.65 of value, so like the other stats and other items it may increase over the natural stat on the unit, not decrease. Of course a understan that the addition, the total amount is not 100%, but im sure this is wrong.
Is posible to fix the item?
