We need some way of gathering and evaluating metrics about the system. It'll be useful down the road.

@ankitr, @xSmithereens, @johnguibas: Thoughts?

keen.io is really easy to use and works very well.

Analytics should include pageviews for concierge and volunteer, case created, and messages from both users and volunteers (but not their actual content), and whether a case becomes open for all volunteers (no longer active).
