Prepared Dashboard for metadata and cluster data. Also allows mock data to be loaded to the state in the same way it would be if it were to be loaded from an API

This looks good overall. I think we should maybe use some mock library on top of our stack instead of doing it via src/api ?

@litenull I'll put that on the backlog for a nice-to-have. I think the goal right now is to make sure all of the UI components and data binding is there so we have an MVP.
