Workbook title pushes links workbooks/logout off screen #83

Steps:

  1. View a workbook with long title say 80 chars
  2. observe header links

Tested on 1400px wide Mac book Pro. This issue will arise on different title lengths depending on Browser widths as design is not responsive

Observed: Links workbooks/logout position is dependant on the title and are pushed off screen incase of longer titles

Expected: Menu links position should be fixed and always visible

I've made a PR for this which I think fixes the issue
