As a content manager, I can edit the homepage #10

Ensure the following elements of the homepage can be managed via the CMS:

Title of the page
Blurb / subhead under the title
Selection of 'featured' projects to be displayed on the homepage
Admins can update the imagery on the homepage

These should all use basic netlify fields. Other text can be hardcoded for now.

@litenull - can you please also add the following images in place of the existing ones on the homepage.

For the footer (waiting for purchase form client)

For the ocean image (waiting for purchase form client)

Passing name, description, link is not possible by the CMS. We cannot implement featured projects. I'll dig in further. Docs: https://github.com/netlify/netlify-cms/issues/2800

Go to pages > Home

Right now projects are not showing up to associate on the homepage. I will create a separate ticket for that associated issue now.

@litenull - We also need the ability to edit these partner logos. The ones you see here are not final. Going to pass this ticket back to you requesting the following:

@colleenskemp This is not an easy ticket. We can change the logos manually if need be. Can we push it to post-release?

@litenull - We can remove this from the sprint, but I need you to make the needed updates on your end, please. These other tickets are active in your to do and needed for Monday. :-)
