wrt #11 as per design, Project listing (browse all projects) will list project titles, active status if applicable and tag.

Observed: On Project create/view/edit, there is no such field which can associate a tag

expected: option to set tag just like active status

@shrutimehta13 - in my understanding, the tags should appear reflecting associated resources added to the hub. I have just added an image to one of the projects, but unable to test and see if the proper tag appears.

Open question if the tags are working.

@shrutimehta13 - Will you test this function when we have access to the project listing page again (currently down).

Acceptance criteria: When I add a resource to the the CMS by going here: https://deploy-preview-69--modest-roentgen-e63e0e.netlify.app/admin/#/collections/resources It should be reflected with an appropriate tag (ie - PDF) in the project listing page.

no option to define tag for a resource. checked https://deploy-preview-69--modest-roentgen-e63e0e.netlify.app/admin/#/collections/resources and https://modest-roentgen-e63e0e.netlify.app/ further project listing page give not working (404)

Users should be able to define the tags.

No automatic detection at this stage.
