Acceptance criteria: This page must contain the following elements:

In-app search bar
Tag based filter (how much scope does this have? is this a must-have?)
project listing with associated tags
CTA button (should the CTA be - "have a resource to add"? Seems like adding a project or proposing one makes more sense. I think this CTA needs to be updated.

@Chukslord1 - Please move forward with this except for the tagging filter for now. Please also note that the CTA is not correct and will need to be updated.

@colleenskemp as for the tags colours. How are they determined? Does the user pick it, is it random or does the tag name influence it in some way?

@ralphcutler - Would you advise regarding a hover state for the project titles for this page? These projects should be clickable. How would we like to communicate that to the user?

@colleenskemp @Chukslord1 Here is my review for the browse all page below. As far as hover state the underlined that is used elsewhere is a good place to start.

They key thing still missing here is the "Propose a project" link at the bottom which should take the user on the same user flow as the related homepage CTA (slack invitation process).

@brodavi - Will you please add the link and ensure correct functionality?

Points to check- assigning to @ralphcutler to take action. font sizing varies from design for project title, propose button Pagination with 7 projects on a page and Next/Previous button and Pages:. Is that as expected? Not part of design. Padding looks ok
