commercialglass 2021-08 #529

High Performance Glass (Commercial) Update 2021-08

I updated commercialglass as per the extraction guide.

The old Excel file is PreOctoberModels/Glass_RRS_Model_Commercial-Nov19.xlsm. The old zip file is PreOctoberModels/commercialglass_expected.zip and was last modified on 2021-10-13.

The new Excel file is Glass_RRS_Model_Commercial-Aug21.xlsm. The new zip file is commercialglass_expected.zip and was last modified on 2021-11-19.

Therefore the new zip file was already created.

I wanted to correct the typos in the scenario names of PDS1 and 3, but that led to test fails, because the scenario names are also tested against expected.zip.
