cazicthule classic #151

Cazic Thule on peq is currently the "level 60" version. This zone did not get a revamped terrain, so all we have to do is adjust the NPCs spawning.

p2002 and other projects are available to itemize the classic edition mobs.

[ ] Similar to what akka did with nektulos, create a "Cazic Thule Classic" entry in zones table.
[ ] Introduce the classic NPCs into this new zone variant, without touching old NPCs (grid, spawn2, npc_types, etc)
[ ] Introduce loot tables for the classic NPCs
[ ] min_expansion/max_expansion between the two zones
