for cazic thule.. i'm thinking.. I'll set the min_expansion of all current NPCs to 5. (legacy of ykesha). CT revamp happened on August 26, 2003.
When we inject the new version of CT, we can set their max_expansion to 4.
This means that until we get CT revamped mob data and loot in game, it'll be an empty zone.
