Griffin: It knows you're in the queue it just isn't processing the queue for some reason. I'm gonna leave it alone for a little while, see if it fixes itself, if not I'll manually process your purchase in the morning.

Griffin: The issue was you didn't put in your full in-game name, it doesn't accept nicknames
