Boffo: supplemental to previously closed bug (369 I think): Still having the issue where I am unable to change phases in oneblock, even though I have been promoted to sub-owner of the island. Still saying "Your rank is not high enough to do that! (sub-owner)". Previously it was stated that the owner of the island may need to be the one to change the phase, but it seemed like other players were able to make this work by promoting to sub-owner. Unsure if there is anything else I can try, or if this is a "bug" that can be fixed, or was always intended that only the owner can do this.
