update repository and homepage fields for all package jsons #1077

Summary of Changes

  1. Update repository field to top level repo for all packages
  2. Use homepage field for deep linking to each package in the monorepo

Adding the homepage will unlock the additional field on the NPM website https://www.npmjs.com/package/@rollup/plugin-commonjs
