remove default content (pages / layouts) from Greenwood #1271

Summary

Coming out of # 1253, where we now provide default content and will push the init package more in the website, Greenwood doesn't need to have default content (pages, layouts, etc) and so we should probable remove those so we don't have to maintain them anymore.
