Disable Clientside Weather #52

not really an issue but if its possible to implement a config option to disable clientside weather, since im trynna use pf on a server and i dont want client side weather at all thats legit the only thing stopping me from using PF

This is the thing we'll be adding in v1.1.4. We had this idea for v1.1.3, but we wanted to release the update ASAP.
