There are a bunch of anime scripts like Returning Light that are, to be frank, kind of a mess? And less extreme but more generally a bunch of anime scripts (including some of my own, Alpha's) break from the convention we use for OCG scripts. We don't necessarily need to change them, but it might be worth discussing whether or not we should, and if we decide to then we need to edit or rescript them to bring them in line.

Editing out the comment about re-IDing as it's covered by #101. In general, this issue could be spun off into more specific goals as long as we can agree those goals are necessary.
