Update CHAININFO and some EVENT constants to match core changes #1108

Update chaininfo constants to match the changes in the core and also added the constants for CHAININFO_TRIGGERING_STATUS, CHAININFO_TRIGGERING_SUMMON_LOCATION, CHAININFO_TRIGGERING_SUMMON_TYPE, CHAININFO_TRIGGERING_SUMMON_PROC_COMPLETE and CHAININFO_TRIGGERING_SETCODES. Updated the values for EVENT_CONFIRM and EVENT_TOHAND_CONFIRM to now match the ones in the core.
