"Tindangle Base Gardna" incorrectly triggers but not reproducible in puzzles #229

The Summon effect triggers incorrectly on turn 5 but does not occur in this puzzle.

An observation by AlphaKretin:

In the puzzle, Scarm has a sequence of 16 (which actually seems wrong because that implies it would be sequence 0, not 1 before adding 16 to switch sides?), but in the replay, it's 19 (equivalent to 3 which is where Angel is set).
