Support loading the service with the arguments studyName and studyType. studyName will put a default string in the Study name field, and studyType can be 'Current', 'Any' and 'History' and will set the default for the Current botton.
This will be used by the Researcher Dashboard to load the service for a specific study. It will use the study ID as the studyName, and will request studyType='Any'.
If no study is selected in the Researcher Dashboard, then the user name will be passed as the studyName (because in the future, we will force users to always put their user name in the study ID). The users could still change those if they want, after the PITracking service is loaded.
