Core Function: The explanation clearly mentioned all icons and function, including core ones, one by one. The core function of this app is to order food. And, from the first main tab, clearly the user can start looking over which food is available while considering some of his requirements, such as waiting time and how much he has to pay. Or, even he can directly create a room to recruit people to share. In the description video, I can see how much you considered all situation / conditions that the user might have when trying to achieve the goal (ordering food and share with others). I hope this will help the user a lot in terms of saving money, time and food. As a suggestion, maybe you should also include a tab where the group members can decide where to meet.

Understandable: The wordings were clear enough to follow the flow of the app's system. For the final presentation, considering that we only have around 3 minutes, maybe you can skip some details of icons and focus more on explaining the flow. Hopefully, the icons and other details are recognizable on the screen without any further explanation, so you will be fine!

Example: The example of using pizza was pretty easy to understand detailed flow and options that user can choose. I think you can stay with this flow, but if you want to make change, I think you can also just create a scenario and take a full run!
