Reinstall PocketMine AND the PHP binaries.

Would updating the phar be adequate? I also don't know where to get the binaries and I can't figure out how to compile the linux binaries on my pc. I think this is related ? https://stackoverflow.com/questions/10163968/openssl-unable-to-create-ssl-ctx-using-ssl-ctx-new

No that is not enough. Do not compile anything, you need to download the PocketMine PHP binaries again.
