Adding a new title #96

I added two new titles in jaraid_source. I simply copied the last title, with the Arabic columns. I deleted the numbers in these columns - is it OK? We should develop instructions about adding new titles with new information so they are appropriately cataloged in the authority file as well. @tillgrallert

cell 11 and 12 do not need to be done in the Arabic version if IJMES translit is well-done and markup is well-formed. For display it is possible
