Here's a rough port of the lightning particles, animation & rendering. Never done this before so feel free to check my work. I copied all lightning relevant code and discarded any irrelevant parts of code that had to do with nuclear weapons. And when I saw "bloom" variables I left those as is during the port. I even copied the shaders & texture pngs for bloom and lightning into avatarmod's assets respective folders.
