refactor file locations to make more readable #131

Purpose

The goal of this PR is to rearrange the file structure to be more readable and make more sense as well as make sure all of the css files and classes line up.

Closes #128

Solution

Rearrange files
Check to make sure css files and classes are all being used and correctly named

Change summary

rearranged files into /pages and /features
removed unused classes
created css files where needed

Steps to Verify

spin up app
make sure everything looks good
