Purpose

The goal of this PR is to update the references from Amplica to Project Liberty Labs.

Only question is, why did so many lines change in the package-lock? I would have guessed it would stay the same.

I updated via removing the old package-lock and reinstalling. So some sub-dependencies get updated as well.
