Description

This PR incorporates updated types for the graph-service webhooks, and registers for all graph updates.

Pull in updated graph-service webhooks OpenAPI definition file
Ran npm run generate:types to generate the updated types
Add a function to GraphService to ping health endpoint
At startup, wait for graph-service to be ready, then register to watch all graph changes
