Update for new gateway images #164

This PR updates the Social App Template to work with the latest Gateway 1.1 release.

Changes of note:

account-service webhook types are now imported/generated from the Gateway Account Service Webhooks OpenAPI spec file
Environment variables updated for new dependencies (specifically, CACHE_PREFIX and GRAPH_ENVIRONMENT_TYPE are now required for account-service)

Also some cleanup items:

Webhook services do not need to establish a client connection to the remote service, as they are server endpoints, not client
