remove dependence on ggstance #172

ggstance 0.3.7 is on CRAN but it's still partially broken and this will be the last and final version. Please switch to ggplot2 to make horizontal layouts in your plots.

I will look into archiving the package around September of this year.

If you miss a feature from ggstance that doesn't exist in ggplot, please open an issue there.
