Use blockchain.info's "donate" button for bitcoins #9

When accepting bitcoins, we should use blockchain.info's donation buttons rather than just linking to the blockchain page. If you hit "donate button" on the blockchain page it gives you the code. I figure the middle <div> can be modified to say to email us when you're done

I tried adding it, but it was being very weird...I'll have to look more into this.
