jquery-ify the iterator #75

grunt's lint checking is happy with this but not having an assignment in the for loop. Functionality is identical. Tested with M804 Manifest.

Hrm, also just commited a change to templates to change the labels of the annotations (as discussed) and to move the manifest metadata to the bottom of metadataView as the least important.
