It seems that the companion windows are strongly linked to the annotations they draw. Moreover, the shape drawn doesn't behave in the same way as the ones saved.

To the extent that it is possible to avoid the above issue by being rigorous with the companion windows (always close an old window):
Is it possible to force the close of the companion windows?
Or can it be considered to make the annotations and the companion windows not strongly linked? For example, have just one companion window for the creation and the edition of the annotations.
