Dear Tahseen. I occur the same error. Actions I took to resolve the issue, however unsuccessful:
Based upon all the different input parameters of seaport createBuyOrder I don't see any other options to get it working. I think Opensea need to resolve this issue.

Working fine on other collections but got this error when bid on decentraland. @jtaaa Please help me out.
