Update example code so it works on marketplace #20

  1. Clean up example code to use openzeppelin hooks
  2. Update example code on the marketplace

Example code requires tokenURI and uri to be set to allow setting royalties (along with Ownable) to work.

We fixed a number of issues related to ingestion - hopefully these changes are no longer relevant. TokenURI should not be required to ingest.
