Errors in ENSO ESGF notebook #84

The ENSO ESGF notebook is currently failing to build. There is a line with invalid syntax. When I removed that line in my fork, another issue came up, which can be seen here, but I can't figure out what this new error means.

This might be an issue with Intake ESGF, so I have temporarily removed this notebook from the TOC to see if it will build.

I also removed the other ESGF notebook for now in order to get the nightly build passing. Both notebooks are still available in the enso-esgf branch.
