Firstly, thanks for this cookbook. This looks like a great place to start leaning kerchunk in a fun and interactive way.
I found myself in the repo of the cookbook (https://github.com/ProjectPythia/kerchunk-cookbook) before I looked at the url (https://projectpythia.org/kerchunk-cookbook/README.html) as I was interested in the content. I wasn't sure which notebooks I should look at first (advanced, foundations, generating_references, using_references). I numerated the sections to match the book (similar to numerating sections within the book). This makes it easy for people to navigate the sections via the filesystem as well. I believe everything should work as expected but I haven't tested this PR. I changed the folder names by prepending a section number:
and updated the _toc.yml file
