The previous data access approach was not reliable enough for widespread public use. Adoption of a new approach required changing a lot:

Created a new data ingestion notebook for combined use of planetary computer, pystac-client, and odc
Moved Landsat intro material into a dedicated notebook
Removed hefty preprocessing notebook (primarily regridding) because it's no longer needed for this data access approach
Refactored spectral clustering notebook for this new data access approach
