Fix typos throughout foundations book

There are 48 pages of Foundations. Lily Kailyn went through all the pages and listed typos and corrections in this excel sheet and Google doc. We need to go through and make these corrections.

I thought it would be worth noting that single and double quotes are rendered differently in a Google Doc (and maybe a Google Sheet) than in Jupyter and Markdown files. If you have copied content verbatim from Google, you may need to replace any quotes in such content with the 'proper' version.
