It looks like this PR is just a test, not for merging. Is that correct?

As you've seen here, this repository has an automated system for assigning reviewers to PRs. For work in progress, or just playing around with something isn't meant for review and merging, you can use "Draft Pull Request" mode. That will still generate the full preview but will not assign reviewers.
