Update documentation and add new features #30

This new release add some features to label navbar_links with the external label to indicate they should be treated like the PyData Sphinx Theme's external_links. This external label is also added to the footer menu links in the same way. Most significantly, the documentation for how to use this theme has been updated to match the actual theme functionality, which includes many changes to support the parent themes.

There appears to be a bug with ABlog. The blog content doesn't seem to be generated. I've seen this before and I will track it down and fix it.
