Remove binder icon from all notebooks #11

Remove the binder launch icon from the notebooks until GPU support is available.

We're going to have GPU resources for cookbook development during next week's hackathon and we can explore binder support for this book.

@brian-rose That's fantastic! I unfortunately didn't register for the hackathon but feel this might be a great opportunity to retry it. Is there any way one of my team members (@ifranda) could attend the event next week virtually? If not, I understand and will try to work offline. Thanks!

Hi there @NihanthCW and @ifranda, I wish I could say yes but I think at this point we are unable to any more latecomers. We have a big group (both in person and virtual) and have our hands full getting things organized.
