I read everything properly and I violate none of the requirements.

Ah alright, I see it has been close to a month since your first build. May I ask what group were you providing support for the rom in?

Did'nt created yet, I don't have any personal group. I'll create a new group NezukoOS specific for this device

Well I really need to see how you talk to users and how their feedback was on your build.

Okay I see, what if I Release 1.3 Unofficial build first with that support group, then i'll taking official for next release?

Sure, if you wish you could apply mid cycle and release 1.3 too.
