What part of those requirements do you violate? 

I read everything properly and I violated the Authorship section

@fr05t77 Your release needs to be done 2 weeks before release (unless we make an exception for you before your application which we didn't) so I can't consider this for now. I recommend redoing application once you pass that criteria.
