If you're in a group, everyone in the group should have a waypoint to the nearest destroy mission. This should update when:

Members leave (if this member had the closest mission, try to find a new closest mission)
Members join (check if this member has a mission that's closer than the existing closest mission)
Existing members accept a new mission (if there's no nearest mission waypoint already AND if a member finds one that's even closer)
Mission is completed
Mission is aborted
