Time (slowly builds up XP) Visitors (each visitor gives +10% XP / max is 5 visitors that count => +50% XP)
Max XP / radius
So let’s say you place a basic camp (rank 1). You wait 10 mins and are the only visitor in the camp. If you disband camp it will grant you 250 XP. Every additional visitor gets you +10% XP. In the above example it would be 275 XP total. But ONLY visitors in the build up time (before reaching max cap) can be taken into account !! It doesn’t matter how long they stay in the camp. They only have to step into radius once.
A camp 3 for 30 mins and 3 visitors => (30mins x 25 xp tick) x 1.3 visitors => 975 scouting XP

Camp kits can simply be handed out via the frog, in case crafting hasn't been completed yet.
Various bonuses came from being present at a campsite. Pre-CU guides state "mind wound healing from entertainers" as one, but mind wounds were removed from the game post-CU. This will require more research before we can proceed.
