Instruments placed in the world

Some special item permissions are needed for this to work. Entertainers were able to drop omni-boxes and nalargons in the world and play them. Obviously they were able to pick them up again as well.

i remember how an entertainer wasnt able to buff someone in front of starport Mos Eisley for example. ppl had to follow them into cantina. in late NGE they made it possible so you could buff everyone everywhere

outside the named structures you had a malus on the duration of buff ... a max timer on them

the change in late NGE made cantinas and co completely useless except it was still an audience magnet

i've only seen those drop intstruments being used in cantinas trying to find something about it in some sources

for now we can simply allow it in cantinas/theaters

once we have complex structure management ingame (TODO) we could enhance it

I honestly don't know if there were any rules in place for this, so a source of some kind would be awesome 👍
